I made this video to show how to access and manage ChatGPT memories, so you can see what the tool remembers about you — and control what gets saved.
The Memories feature helps ChatGPT feel more personal, but it’s important to know what’s being stored and how to reset or edit it.
In the video, I walk through:
- Opening your ChatGPT sidebar
- Navigating to Settings > Personalization > Memories
- Viewing what’s currently saved
- Editing or deleting specific memories
- Disabling memory altogether if preferred
I also share when I choose to reset memory — usually when shifting business focus, changing writing tone, or working on a new niche.
Have you explored this feature yet, or are you just learning it exists?
