Your email is the backbone of your LinkedIn account. Whether you’re changing jobs, updating to a professional address, or switching inboxes, it’s a good idea to keep your LinkedIn email current.

In the video, I show how to:

  1. Go to Settings & Privacy > Sign in & Security
  2. Click Email addresses
  3. Add a new email and verify it
  4. Make it your primary if you want all notifications to go there
  5. (Optional) Remove the old address

You can have multiple email addresses on your account — great for staying connected across roles, projects, or personal/professional use.

I’ve used this feature when moving from a general email to a domain-branded one for business outreach.
