I don’t get how some Uber drivers have low ratings. That means that some people have marked them down significantly.
I can’t imagine giving a 1-star review to an Uber driver! What, he didn’t take the right shortcut for you!? 
I’ve had some great chats with Uber drivers over the years and couldn’t imagine giving anyone a 1-star review.
