Two things that have changed my life this year (so far):
1. Standing desks
Do you work long hours in-front of a computer screen? Your posture is most likely bad.
Try standing whilst working on your computer and the results will astound you.
I work long hours in front of a computer, as well as periods of on-my-feet-all-day activity.
Was getting shoulder and neck issues. This is a game-changer.
2. Meditation
Take 5 mins out of your day to relax…and breath.
Then expand to 10 mins twice a day. Most of us don’t find the time to breath properly and relax.
The benefits are amazing, but you’ll need to do it and find out for yourself. It’s not woo-woo – give it a go.
Don’t normally do this kind of thing, but if you take the time to research these, it’ll improve your life big time! Thank me later.
