Guys, I wanted to share my Website Tracking Dashboard with you today.
This is a Google Doc that I’ve personally used to track website visits (and more!) for my production companies, as well as other online businesses.
Because keeping track of everything that happens, all your data, is one of the fastest ways to grow.
Because as performance expert Peter Drucker said, “What gets managed, improves.”
Focusing on the right KPIs in your business is key! 
With this spreadsheet, you can track essentially everything that happens on your website. You can watch over and spot trends. And more!
There are formulas built into it that populate the graphs and stuff. So everything functions together and gives you a bird’s eye view of your whole business!

PS, follow the detailed instructions on the Instructions tab to use it. It’s pretty straightforward. You need to go File -> Make a Copy in order to save it to your Google Sheets (or download to use on Excel), as you can’t edit the shared copy.
