Segment acts as a customer data platform (CDP) — collecting events and sending them to different tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, or CRMs.

- Go to Settings > Third Party Integrations in Kajabi
- Choose Segment and paste your Write Key
- Set up custom events and destinations in Segment
- Track user actions like page views, purchases, video plays, and more
