I made this video to help you bookmark web pages in Safari — both on Mac and iOS — so you can save your favorite sites, articles, or tools in just a few clicks.

Safari makes bookmarking really simple, and I use it constantly to stay organized — especially when I’m researching, working on multiple projects, or gathering resources for content creation.

In the video, I go step-by-step on both desktop and mobile:

On Mac:

  1. Visit the page you want to save
  2. Click the Share icon in the toolbar
  3. Choose “Add Bookmark”
  4. Pick a name, choose a folder (Favorites, Reading List, or a custom one), and hit Save

Alternatively, you can just press Command + D to do it instantly.

On iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open Safari
  2. Tap the Share icon
  3. Choose “Add Bookmark”
  4. Edit the name or folder, then tap Save

I also explain how to organize bookmarks into folders, edit or delete bookmarks later, and access them via the Sidebar or Favorites bar.

Bonus tip: If you use iCloud and are logged into the same Apple ID on all devices, your bookmarks will sync automatically. This makes it super easy to save a resource on your phone and pick it up later on your Mac.

This is especially handy for creators and researchers — you can keep a “Tools” folder, a “Swipe File” of landing pages, or a “Watch Later” list of articles and videos. I show how I personally use bookmarks to manage resources for projects I revisit often.

Are you currently saving sites to your bookmarks, or still relying on tabs and your memory?
