I recorded this video to show how to remove other people from your Netflix account — whether it’s an ex, old roommate, or a random device you don’t recognize. Here’s how to do it:
Netflix lets you see and control which devices are currently using your account. If you spot something unfamiliar, or just want a clean slate, you can log everyone out at once.
Here’s what I show in the video:
- Log into Netflix on a browser
- Go to Account > Security & Privacy
- Click “Sign out of all devices”
- Change your password immediately
This forces every user — even on Smart TVs — to log back in manually. If someone no longer has your new password, they’re gone for good.
I also explain how to view recent device login activity, including IP address and location, which is helpful if you’re checking for unauthorized access.
Have you ever found someone on your account who shouldn’t be there?
