Found an old school report from when I was 6 years old.
Some highlights:
“Matthew works hard in the classroom and is making good progress. He does, however, enjoy ‘rough’ games which often get him into trouble.”
“Matthew always has a lot to say during class discussions, not always sensible ideas.”
“Matthew participates enthusiastically in discussions, but has problems listening to instructions and often does not respond appropriately.”
“Matthew’s creative work is very expressive and he especially enjoys three dimensional model making.”
“On occasion he can distract others with the loudness of his voice, but this is not intentional.”
“He is willing to share his own ideas, but is not so good at listening to the contributions of others.”
“Matthew is a happy, friendly and very lively member of the class. His outgoing personality makes him popular. He seems to be keeping his over exuberance in the playground under control.”

And then in the pupil’s comment section, I wrote:
“I don’t like lining up in the playground.”

Some of these are still accurate!
