For the past year, I’ve been on a mission to simplify and organize every part of my life — from business projects to daily tasks. I decided to go all-in with Notion, and after 365 days of consistent use, I can confidently say it transformed how I think, plan, and create. In my new video, I share the full breakdown.

Notion is far more than a note-taking app. It’s a digital workspace that lets you build custom dashboards, plan projects, and manage content exactly how you want. The beauty is its flexibility — you can make it as simple or as complex as your workflow requires.

Here’s how I use Notion day to day:

  • Content Planning: Every YouTube video, blog post, and idea starts in a Notion database with due dates and progress tracking.

  • Task Management: I replaced my old to-do apps entirely with Notion’s kanban boards and recurring task templates.

  • Goal Tracking: From revenue targets to reading lists, everything lives inside my yearly “Life HQ” dashboard.

  • Team Collaboration: Shared pages make it easy to keep my editors and designers aligned.

What makes Notion stand out is how personal it feels. You build your own system — and it grows with you. There’s also a massive community sharing free templates, so you can learn from others and customize your setup quickly.

The mobile app still has room for improvement — it’s slightly slower than I’d like — but the desktop version is rock solid. Syncing across devices is smooth, and integrations with tools like Google Drive, Slack, and Zapier make it even more powerful.

After a year, I can’t imagine working without it. Notion turned my scattered ideas into structured systems, helping me stay focused on what matters most. Whether you’re a solo creator or part of a team, it’s one of the best productivity tools available in 2025.
