I recorded this quick tutorial to show how to sign out of Instagram — whether you’re switching accounts, using a shared device, or logging out for a break.

It sounds simple, but the logout option isn’t always obvious — especially with recent Instagram updates that push account switching and app integrations.

In the video, I walk through:

  1. Opening the Instagram app
  2. Going to your profile > Menu > Settings & Privacy
  3. Scrolling down to the bottom
  4. Tapping Log Out [username] and confirming

I also cover how to log out from all devices via your Facebook-linked account if you’re managing IG through Meta Business tools.

This is useful if you manage multiple brands or want to ensure no one else has access.
