Unlisted videos are a great way to share content privately without making it fully public — perfect for client work, behind-the-scenes uploads, or early drafts. But since they don’t appear on your channel feed, they can be tricky to find later. Here’s how to locate all your unlisted videos quickly and keep them organized.

Unlisted videos are accessible only to people with the direct link — they won’t show up in searches or on your channel homepage.
1. Open YouTube Studio
Go to studio.youtube.com and log into your channel.
2. Click on “Content” in the Sidebar
This section lists every video you’ve ever uploaded, including Public, Private, and Unlisted.
3. Filter by Visibility
At the top of the Content page, click the Filter icon, then select Visibility → Unlisted.
You’ll now see only the videos set to unlisted.
4. Manage or Share Your Links
Click the three dots next to any unlisted video, then Get shareable link to send it privately.
5. Change Visibility (Optional)
You can switch an unlisted video back to public or private anytime. Click Visibility, choose your setting, and hit Save.
6. Use the Mobile App (Alternative)
In the YouTube app, go to Library → Your Videos → Manage, then filter by Unlisted to view and edit them.
Pro Tips:
-
Always keep a backup of important unlisted video links — YouTube doesn’t display them publicly anywhere else.
-
If you plan to make a video public later, double-check your title and thumbnail first.
-
For collaboration, use unlisted links instead of private sharing, as they don’t require others to log in.
Bonus Idea:
If you upload frequently, create a Google Sheet to track your unlisted video titles and URLs. It’ll save you tons of time later when searching for older uploads.
Unlisted videos offer the best of both worlds — privacy with accessibility. With this quick method, you can find, manage, and share your hidden YouTube uploads in seconds.
