I created this video to show how I build and personalize high-converting sales pages in Kajabi using their built-in page builder and a few key strategies I’ve learned from running digital product businesses.
A sales page isn’t just about listing features. It’s about storytelling, structure, and making it easy for your ideal customer to say “yes.” And Kajabi gives you everything you need to do that — even if you’re not a designer or marketer.
Start by navigating to “Website” in your dashboard, then click “Pages.” Hit the “+ New Page” button and choose “Sales Page” from the template options. Kajabi provides several templates, but you can also build one from scratch if you prefer a blank canvas.
In the video, I start with one of the clean, modern templates. It gives you a header, a section for testimonials, product highlights, and a call-to-action button right out of the box.
The first thing I do is update the hero section — that’s the large banner area at the top. I always add a strong, benefit-focused headline. Instead of “Learn How to Write Better Emails,” I’ll write something like “Start Sending Emails That Actually Convert — Even if You Hate Writing.”
Next comes the supporting subheadline and an optional image or video. I usually embed a short welcome video or use a clean product image if it’s a course or membership.
Below that, I walk through adding product feature blocks. Kajabi uses “sections” for layout, so you can drag in elements like icons, accordions, testimonials, pricing tables, or countdown timers. It’s fully responsive, and everything updates live as you edit.
I like to include a story block — a section where I talk about the origin of the product, the problem it solves, and what transformation the buyer will experience. This isn’t about hype — it’s about relatability and trust.
One of my favorite Kajabi tricks is adding conditional sections. You can show or hide content based on tags. That means if someone’s already a subscriber or bought something before, you can display a different offer or message just for them. Personalization like that can really move the needle.
Once you’re happy with the structure, click “Preview” to check it across mobile and desktop. Then publish and connect it to your funnel, opt-in, or offer checkout.
This system works for courses, coaching programs, digital downloads — anything that needs a focused landing page. I’ve used this exact framework to build sales pages that convert consistently for evergreen funnels and product launches.
Are your sales pages guiding people to a decision — or just listing bullet points and hoping for the best?
