Gratitude changes perspective. Especially in this current Corona-centric world.
It’s not easy to practice gratitude every single day, but the transformation it provides is profound.
For me, I’m grateful for the people in my life (my family, my friends, & you guys in this community! )
I’m grateful for my work, my health, and for the opportunity to build a life of meaning and impact.
Gratitude steps:
1. Every morning, write down something that you’re grateful for. Can be anything. Try to think of something new every day!
2. In the evening, write down something that you’re grateful for that happened THAT DAY.
3. Repeat every day. This will center your mind to seek out positives and focus on improving and moving forward. All good things!
