I don’t get the obsession with Google updates. Been in SEO & content since 2010.
I didn’t even know what the updates were, just thought they were Disney characters or something for a long time.
Made lots of money and never obsessed over them.

It’s not a zero sum game.
For someone to lose, someone else has to gain. It’s not like Google just doesn’t fill the top 10 with anything.
To see many people on SEO Twitter say they’ve dropped is pretty sketchy in itself.
