I made this video to walk through editing a PDF inside Canva — a really helpful feature that saves time when updating client docs, lead magnets, or branded content.
Many people don’t realize Canva can now import and edit PDF files directly. In the video, I show how to:
- Go to your Canva homepage
- Click “Import file” and upload your PDF
- Wait for Canva to process each page
- Click into any element — text, images, shapes — and start editing
- Export again as a PDF or any other format
This is a game-changer for non-designers. You can update pricing sheets, contracts, lesson plans, and more — without using Adobe Acrobat or paying for other PDF tools.
I also cover how to keep formatting clean, re-align text boxes, and replace outdated logos or fonts with your current brand assets.
Have you tried editing PDFs in Canva yet, or were you using workarounds?
