I created this video to show how to upload and use custom fonts in Canva, which is especially useful if you’re working with brand guidelines or want to stand out with unique typography.

Canva Pro users can upload any font file (.TTF, .OTF) to match their brand exactly. In the video, I walk through:
- Going to Brand Hub > Brand Fonts
- Clicking Upload a font
- Selecting your font file from your computer
- Confirming usage rights
- Using the font in any new design immediately
I also share tips on font pairing and how to organize multiple brand kits if you manage different clients or brands under one account.
This is one of the best features Canva Pro offers — it takes your designs to the next level and ensures consistency across platforms.
Have you uploaded your own fonts yet, or are you still using Canva’s defaults?
