Canva’s text bending feature is built into the Effects menu, and it only takes a few clicks to transform plain text into a circular or arched design.

Here’s how I show it in the video:

  1. Add a text box in Canva
  2. Select the text, then click Effects in the top toolbar
  3. Choose Curve
  4. Adjust the curve slider to bend the text upward or downward
  5. Customize size, spacing, and alignment as needed

This is perfect for logos, stickers, Instagram posts, or anything with a round or badge-style layout. You can also layer curved text with graphics or rotate the angle for even more control.

I’ve used this effect on everything from ebook covers to art club flyers, and it makes a huge difference in design impact with minimal effort.
