I created this video to walk through how to create an offer in Kajabi, which is one of the most essential steps when setting up a course or digital product.
In Kajabi, an “offer” is what people actually buy. It’s not the course itself — it’s the gateway that connects your product to pricing, checkout, and automation. And if you’re building anything on Kajabi, this is something you’ll use over and over.
In the video, I start by going into the Sales tab > Offers inside your Kajabi dashboard. From there, you click “+ New Offer” and give it a name — something that describes exactly what’s being sold (like “Instagram Growth Masterclass – Full Access”).
Next, you connect the offer to the actual product. If you’ve already created your course or membership area, you just select it from the dropdown. If not, you can come back and connect it later.
Then comes pricing. Kajabi gives you multiple options: one-time payment, multiple payments, or subscription. I walk through each one and explain when you might use them. For example, I often offer a split-pay option for higher-priced programs, which helps conversion without having to discount the price.
You can also choose to add a coupon code, set an access start date, or limit access with a drip schedule.
One of the most powerful parts is automation. After someone buys, you can trigger automations like:
- Sending a welcome email
- Adding them to an email sequence
- Granting access to another product or community
- Tagging them in your CRM
This makes your onboarding process seamless, and it reduces the need for manual work.
I also show how to customize the checkout page with your branding, testimonials, and guarantees. This is often overlooked, but it makes a huge difference to conversion. Kajabi’s new checkout editor gives you much more control now than it used to.
Finally, I talk about connecting your offer to a landing page, sales page, or call-to-action button, so people can actually buy it. This step ties everything together.
Creating a clear, properly set up offer in Kajabi isn’t just about selling — it’s what connects your customer’s journey from page view to payment to access. It’s one of those behind-the-scenes pieces that makes or breaks your digital product business.
Have you set up your Kajabi offers manually, or are you using templates and automation for speed?
